Kanang kwarta para sa pamilya, para sa bata,” this is one of the many reminders President Rodrigo Roa Duterte said in his speech at the Poblacion Evacuation Center in Bais City and New Market in Manjuyod, Negros Oriental, on December 29, 2021.

President Rodrigo Roa Duterte talks to the beneficiaries at the Municipality of Manjuyod, Negros Oriental during their distribution of AICS and Family Food Packs.

With the President are DSWD Secretary Rolando Joselito Bautista, Assistant Secretary for Disaster Response Management Group Rodolfo Encabo, and DSWD 7 Regional Director Rebecca P. Geamala.

Initial numbers of Family Food Packs were also released simultaneously on the same day at the abovementioned areas.
