To improve the implementation of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program, the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) has recently launched a new grievance text access number 3456.

Concerned citizens and beneficiaries are required to use the text format DSWD<space>4Ps<space>Name of Beneficiary<space>Message (Example: DSWD 4Ps Juana dela Cruz kulang ang natanggap na payout sa Pardo, Cebu City) and send it to 3456, to ensure that their message is directed to the 4Ps inbox.

This new text number caters all networks – Smart, Globe, TNT, TM, Sun and others with standard text rate of P 1.00 per message.

In Central Visayas, Pantawid Pamilya has more than 190, 000 monitored beneficiaries with Cebu Province having the most number at 127,044 as of July 25, 2016.

DSWD is encouraging the public to help improve the delivery of Pantawid Pamilya by reporting anomalies, disparities or inconsistencies with regards to its implementation.

“We are urging the public to report to us irregularities of the program as it will help us improve the delivery of our services,” said Ma. Evelyn B. Macapobre, DSWD-7 regional director.

In addition, the old Pantawid Pamilya text hotline 0918-9122813 is still active and functional.

Pantawid Pamilya is the conditional cash transfer of the Philippine government that invests in the health and education of poor children aged 0-18. ###
