DSWD Director Ma. Evelyn B. Macapobre, DOLE Director Exequiel Sarcauga, and NEDA Director Efren Carreon attended the activity.

Representatives of DepEd, CHED, POEA, OWWA, POPCOM, DOH, TESDA, DILG, and the Public Employment Services Office and Local Social Welfare and Development Office of the Province of Cebu, Cebu City and Daanbantayan, and DSWD workers also attended the orientation.
