Department of Social Welfare and Development Field Office VII’s Administrative Assistant II of the Human Resources and Personnel Administration Section (HRPAS), Flordeliza Sarabello Lumalis, received a Certificate of Appreciation from the Civil Service Commission as a Dangal ng Bayan Award Nominee in the 2016 regional search for outstanding public officials and employees.

The award was recently given in the occasion of the 116th Anniversary of the Philippine Civil Service, held early this month in Cebu City and graced by the CSC Chairperson Alicia dela Rosa-Bala.

“Lumalis’ award from the CSC is a good example and inspiration to other employees and the Field Office will continue giving recognition to deserving employees,” said Ma. Evelyn B. Macapobre, DSWD-7 regional director.

Early this year, Lumalis was awarded by DSWD as Outstanding Public Servant during 65th Founding Anniversary of DSWD held last January 2016 in Quezon City for her extraordinary commitment in giving excellent results, credible public service and as a good example and inspiration to other employees.

Aside from the Outstanding Public Servant Award, Lumalis had also been awarded as the Best Administrative Staff for the sub-professional category in 2011 and 2001. ###
