Talibon SLPA operates Bigasan ng Bayan, partners with KOICA

In October 2014, the DSWD SLP organized the Poblacion Self-Employment Assistance tungo sa Kaunlaran (SEA-K) in Barangay Poblacion, Talibon, Bohol.
