The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Field Office 7 operates its Negros Oriental Social Welfare and Development (SWAD) Office at a new address in Dumaguete City.

Clients can visit the new office at Magor Bldg., Cor. St. Paul and St. Ignatius Streets, Maria Asuncion Village, Brgy. Daro, Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental, with contact details at 0927-704-5415 or (035) 527-4678.

With the new location, DSWD will continue to serve clients availing of Assistance to Individuals in Crisis Situations (AICS), along with other programs such as the 4Ps, Sustainable Livelihood Program, Social Pension, and KALAHI-CIDSS, which will have their own provincial offices.

The agency envisions a new office space to be more convenient and comfortable for both their clients and staff. “Aside from making it more accessible, we want our clients to feel that DSWD is ready to assist them as they cope with the present crisis they are experiencing. Having a convenient office space will help our staff deliver our committed services with ease and productivity,” said the Assistant Regional Director for Administration, Tonyson Luther S. Lee.

It is open Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
