The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) region 7 warns the public of the scam proliferating the social media.

“There is no truth to this so-called Handog Pangkabuhayan Raffle of Pantawid Pamilya supposedly by Vice President Leni Robredo,” said Regional Director Ma. Evelyn B. Macapobre of DSWD Region 7.

She also said this SCAM is done by unscrupulous individual or group to extort money from people.

“Again, we urge the public particularly the people of Region 7 not to succumb to this hoax,” added Macapobre. ###
