The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Field Office 7 – Central Visayas joined the nationwide simultaneous rollout of the Kapihan sa Bagong Pilipinas organized by the Presidential Communications Office through the Philippine Information Agency (PIA).
DSWD Field Office 7 Regional Director Shalaine Marie S. Lucero reports the accomplishments of the programs, projects, and services of the Field Office 7 – Central Visayas through the Kapihan sa Bagong Pilipinas.
The third leg of the Kapihan featured the accomplishments of DSWD programs and services, implementation updates, and innovations currently implemented under the administration of President Ferdinand E. Marcos, Jr., across the region.
DSWD 7 Regional Director Shalaine Marie S. Lucero reported the accomplishments of the programs, projects, and services implemented by Field Office 7 and acknowledged that all program implementation is in collaboration with the local government units and the support of partner agencies and civil society organizations.
The activity was live-streamed via the PIA official social media pages across the region and on Radyo Pilipinas in Cebu.
Regional Director Lucero took pride in the agency’s endeavors. She thanked the media for the opportunity to discuss what has the field office done so far and responded to the questions from the media partners.
PIA-7 Regional Director Fayette C. Rinen hosted the Kapihan sa PIA, attended by the media partners representing DYAR-SMNI, DYLA, DYRF, Daily Tribune, The Freeman, and DYMR-Radyo Pilipinas. ###
