This brochure encapsulates the salient features of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) Act or the Republic Act (RA) 11310.

The law institutionalizes the 4Ps as the national poverty reduction strategy: a human capital investment program that provides conditional cash transfer to poor households to improve their health, nutrition, and education. This Act was passed by the Senate of the Philippines as Senate Bill No. 2117 on February 4, 2019, and adopted by the House of Representatives as an amendment to House Bill No. 7773 on February 7, 2019. It was signed by President Rodrigo Roa Duterte into law on April 17, 2019.
