About 2,991 Pantawid Pamilya Pilipino Progral (4Ps) partner-beneficiaries in Cebu City received their EMV (Europay, Mastercard and Visa) chip-enabled cards from Land Bank of the Philippines (LBP) last May 5, 2018.
